Look after your daughter's things. And your daughter..."

Jo Blackmore finds herself agreeing to give a stranger a life home, quickly wishing she hadn't. The mysterious and ominous stranger knows Jo's name, her husband Max and worse of all she produces a glove belonging to Jo's 2-year old daughter Elise. What started as a subtle threat quickly escalates when Jo os arrested by the police, social services begin to questions her ability as a mother and her husband begins to turn against her. No one will believe Jo about her family been in dangerous so she takes the only action she can think of to protect her daughter - RUN.

C L Taylor returns with a stunning psychological thriller which will not disappoint her fans or people new to her books.

The book is gripping enough to keep you hooked until the very end. You find yourself unure of which character to believe and who is the true villain. Each chapter brings with it new twists and turns you don't see coming.

The characters are well written and although I didn't find myself loving any particular character it meant I was easily swayed back and forth and the unknown kept me hooked.
